Q: Where do products ship from?

A: Orders are fulfilled from warehouses in the United States and Canada. Most products ship from our New York warehouse. Select products are also stocked in our Canadian fulfillment center for faster, free domestic shipping to Canadian customers. The shipping origin for each order is determined by your delivery address and product availability.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Orders typically arrive within 4-9 business days from the date of purchase. This includes processing time (1-2 business days) and delivery time from the fulfillment center (3-7 business days). Actual delivery time may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Q: Will I pay customs fees?

A: No customs fees apply to domestic shipments within the United States or within Canada (for orders fulfilled from our Canadian fulfillment center). The price you see at checkout is the final price. In the rare case an item is shipped internationally (for example, a Canadian order for an item not stocked in Canada), additional customs or duties may apply at the destination; we will note this clearly when applicable.

Q: What about returns?

A: Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery to our New York warehouse. Beauty and health products must be unopened and sealed in their original packaging to be eligible for return. Opened or used beauty/health products can only be returned if defective, damaged, or incorrect. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Canadian customers shipping returns to our New York warehouse are responsible for any applicable return shipping and customs costs. Once approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method, in the original purchase currency.
