Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unopened, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Beauty and health products must be unopened and sealed in their original packaging to be eligible for return. Opened or used beauty/health products can only be returned if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, in which case we will provide a prepaid return label. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Canadian customers: Returns from Canada follow the same 30-day policy and conditions. Returns must be shipped to our New York address listed above. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any applicable customs or duties. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us at info@ebada.com and we will provide return assistance. Refunds for orders placed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) will be issued in CAD to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (e.g., personalized or made-to-order items)
  • Opened or used beauty and health products (unless defective, damaged, or incorrect)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you may purchase the replacement item separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

If your return is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@ebada.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
